Terms of use
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of another person or entity ("you") and All Court Tennis Club ("All Court", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the All Court website at https://allcourt.club (the "Site"), as well as any service connected to the All Court platform, including mentorship, video reviews, Play-Ins, live sessions, or community features (together, the "Services"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to be a member of the club and at least 18 years old to participate as a pro mentor. You must also be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. If you access or use the platform on behalf of another person (for example, a junior athlete), you confirm that you have the right and authority to do so and that they accept these Terms.
2. Your account
When you create an account, you are responsible for:
- keeping your login credentials secure
- all activity that takes place under your account
- providing accurate and up-to-date information
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Code of Conduct.
3. What All Court provides
All Court offers, among other things:
- video-based mentorship from verified pros and coaches
- performance evaluations across defined skill dimensions
- Play-Ins and on-court assessments in supported cities
- cohort training sessions and events
- a personalised performance profile updated from mentor evaluations
All feedback is advisory. All Court does not guarantee performance outcomes, ratings, rankings, or match results.
4. Content you upload
You may upload videos, images, audio notes, or written notes to the platform. By doing so, you confirm that:
- you created the content or have permission to upload it
- your upload does not infringe anyone else's rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights
- you will not submit illegal, abusive, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content
You grant All Court a licence to store, process, and display your content for the purpose of:
- delivering mentorship and training experiences
- updating and maintaining your performance profile
- training and quality checking our mentors and reviewers
- improving our products and services
If you choose to mark any video, image, audio, or written submission as "public", you grant All Court a worldwide, royalty-free licence to:
- display it inside the platform
- show it in mentor libraries or education modules
- use it in anonymised performance data and analytics
- feature it in marketing, product examples, or promotional material
Public content may be visible to other members, mentors, or prospective members or mentors. You can change your preference back to "private" at any time, and the content will no longer appear in public or promotional contexts. This does not affect any use that already occurred while the content was marked as public.
Private content is never used in marketing or shown publicly without your permission. We do not sell your content to third parties.
5. Mentor evaluations
Mentor feedback is subjective and based on each mentor's professional judgement and experience. All Court is not responsible for:
- the accuracy or completeness of any mentor's advice
- injury, health decisions, or training outcomes based on that advice
If you engage in any drills, exercises, or training programmes, you do so at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically fit and properly prepared to participate in tennis and related activities.
6. Payments and cancellations
If you purchase a membership, session, or credit through the platform:
- payments are processed by approved third-party payment providers
- memberships renew monthly by default unless you cancel them
- you may cancel your membership at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
- refunds are offered only where required by law or where explicitly stated in the product description
All Court intends that up to 25% of member subscription revenue will support a verified mentor pool to reward pro mentors. This allocation may evolve over time but reflects our commitment to fairly compensating mentors for their contribution.
7. Play-Ins and on-court activity
During Play-Ins, live sessions, or any on-court activity organised through All Court:
- you are responsible for your own safety, hydration, and medical suitability
- All Court is not liable for injury, court conditions, or issues arising from third-party facilities or organisers
- live evaluations may be conducted by independent contractors (verified pros) rather than employees of All Court
You should follow all local rules, facility rules, and coach instructions, and you should not participate if you are unwell or injured.
8. Community code of conduct
All users must follow our Community Code of Conduct. This includes requirements to:
- treat mentors, players, and staff with respect
- communicate in a professional and appropriate way
- avoid harassment, abuse, discrimination, or unsporting behaviour
- use the platform responsibly and honestly
We may suspend or remove accounts that breach the Community Code of Conduct or these Terms. Serious breaches may result in a permanent ban from the platform.
9. Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We store only what is required to deliver the mentorship experience, operate the platform, and improve product quality.
You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
