We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and applicable global privacy laws. If you have questions about this policy, you can contact us at support@allcourt.club.

Private content (default)

  • used for ratings, analysis, and product improvement
  • never used in marketing or public materials without your explicit permission

Public content

If you mark your content as public, you grant All Court a licence to:

  • display it within the platform
  • show it in mentor libraries or educational modules
  • use it in anonymised performance datasets
  • feature it in promotional or marketing material

You may switch content back to private at any time. This stops future public use, but it does not undo uses that already took place while the content was public.

Under GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases to process your personal data:

  • Contract – to deliver mentorship, ratings, and platform services you have requested
  • Consent – for public content, marketing communications, and certain cookies or analytics

7. International transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the UK or EU. Where this occurs, we use appropriate safeguards, such as:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
  • adequacy decisions by the UK or European Commission

No system is 100% secure, but we take appropriate measures to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your data.
